This includes operational analysis, optimisation of manning levels, control and management of traffic, customer care, the collection, reconciliation and supervision of tolls, asset and system development, management and maintenance as well as general administration and financial services. In addition, routine road maintenance, road safety management, courtesy patrols and other similar services are aimed at enhancing the customer’s safety and experience.
